Security Vulnerabilities can be reported to Baicells support team in multiple ways.

You can also report a security concern by emailing our security team using [e-mail]

To submit a case with reports securely to our Baicells support team you can do that using the security form when creating a ticket using our support ticket system.  To submit a ticket using our secure ticketing system please go to the following URL: https://baicells.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Fill out the ticket with as much detail as possible, and include any attachments, screenshots, or logs that will allow the team to review and start the debug process. We will update the ticket as our team investigates and update you through the process.
